The Stansfeld OBC is a community club run entirely by its membership.

Founded in 1911 the club was originally set up to provide a continuation of service for ex-members of the youth club.
Today membership is open to all with no previous connection to the OBC required

The Stansfeld OBC provides a vibrant community hub for people to meet and socialise.
Sporting activities have been a mainstay of the clubs activities and this continues today through its darts & football teams

The club offers a social bar on five nights a week and at weekends.

Events and activities are organisaed throughout the year to provide a focus for members to come together.

Members of the Stansfeld OBC have played a fundamental part in raising funds to commemorate the life of Albert McKenzie,
an ex OBC boy who received the Victoria Cross for valour in the 'Zeebrugge Raid' during WW1.
